Morning. I would very much like to bring in my younger brother for check up, on the 29th Nov as posted on your website . He has been having seizures (fits) that has led to him severely biting his tongue. Kindly what are the requirements, that is financially ?
Sorry about your brother. But he is not alone. Did you manage to come to the clinic?
New patients are registered for KSH 500, and you may want to carry at least Ksh 500
for his medication.
morning;is it possible to get a small band on my hand so i can get help when i get sick
Thank you for asking. However, the bands we have, donated by Safaricom are only useful for awareness as they bear the message- Kifafa si Uchawi-
But in the future, depending on interest and funding, we could consider creating some for those that would like.
Hello where are you located in Karen
Hi Anne, we are at Karen Health centre, next to the Hub Karen.
My big promblem is the cost and availability of drugs such as lamitor which now cost 50 a tablet how can u help me ,john
It’s true that the cost of epilepsy medication can be expensive.
However, KAWE is not registered to dispense medication over the counter unless it’s prescription medication to registered patients at our clinics.
Since we receive support from kind donors, the medication cost is quite subsidized. If you would be interested to register as a member, you are welcome to visit the clinic nearest you. The clinic time and days are on the home page.
